QGC Conky Mod

Documentation

Connection setup

Repix adds service sign-in, a terminal list, a MAVLink tunnel and video on top of standard QGC links. Direct radio links work exactly as in stock QGC.

Sign in to Repix

On first launch, sign in with your organization account and confirm with 2FA if required. The token is stored in the system Keychain, so the session is restored automatically next time. Permissions (view, command, takeover) come from live roles assigned by the organization admin.

Direct connection

USB, telemetry radios and UDP/TCP links are configured the standard way: Application Settings → Comm Links. The Repix module does not interfere with them.

Terminal list

The Repix indicator in the toolbar expands a panel listing the available terminals and their online/offline presence. Connecting to a terminal takes one click.

MAVLink tunnel

The tunnel creates a virtual UDP channel, and QGC sees the remote vehicle as an ordinary connected one — no direct radio link needed. Enable it in Repix settings.

Video from a terminal

The video stream arrives over RTSP with an auth token, inside the same access loop. Autostream never overrides Repix streams, and tokenized URLs stay out of the debug logs.

Take / Release control

Only one operator commands at a time. The Take control button sends a request; confirmation is a CRSF activation on the current operator’s transmitter.

Joystick

During an active session the joystick sends 32 control channels over the CRSF protocol. Outside a Repix session it behaves exactly as in stock QGC. If another operator takes control, local command output stops.

Takeover on link loss

If the commanding operator loses link, another authorized operator can take over safely — the service guarantees no conflicting commands.
